Celestin Pepin

Celestin Pepin, Invescap SA associate, has served in the Swiss Armed Forces since 2017, spending 18 weeks as the platoon leader of 30 trilingual intelligence and signal soldiers as part of his duties. Now a first lieutenant, he was also deployed as a company executive officer responsible for the front company command post involved with forest firefighting in the Swiss Alps in 2019.

As an associate at Invescap, Mr Pepin has established companies in the USA and Luxembourg, ensuring compliance with local regulations and operational efficiency, and collaborated with PwC (Luxembourg) to develop a comprehensive risk management framework for an investment strategy. He also worked on establishing a Luxembourg Alternative Investment Fund, ensuring operational readiness and compliance, and was the lead for the design and implementation, over a two-year period, of a private credit investment solution that focused on providing working capital.

Mr Pepin holds a BA degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. He also participated in the CFA Program at the CFA Institute, completing Level III of the course in August 2024.

In his free time, Mr Pepin enjoys learning languages, sailing, going to the gym, running, listening to music, reading and visiting the theatre – his favourite musical is West Side Story. He also recently started volunteering with the Swiss Red Cross. He is passionate about travel, having visited over 100 countries to date, and also likes to cook. He is also interested in finance, particularly real assets and private assets that offer diversification to stocks and bonds, and behavioural finance.
